Located at 780 feet in the Vaca Mountains, Sacrashe Vineyard is famous for its rocky soils and large bands of dusty, volcanic ash in its gentle, undulating landscape.

Originally established in 1981, this notable vineyard emerged as a collaborative effort of three visionary families: Lev and Ann Sacre, John and Barbara Craig, and Dave and Virginia Sherwin. The name “Sacrashe”  intertwines fragments of their last names.

Today, Sacrashe Vineyard is planted with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Each block within the vineyard is nurtured with distinct framing and growing techniques, imparting a unique character to every section.
